Empowered Birth Workshop

For pregnant (or hoping to be pregnant) folks!

Join the Neighborhood Birth Center team to talk about your vision and goals for an empowered birth. This 2-hour workshop will cover:

• Understanding your values and options around pregnancy and birth

• Choosing your provider and place of birth

• Creating a birth plan

Workshop is FREE. Dinner will be served. Please feel free to bring a partner or chosen support person -- just make sure to register them for a ticket.
